Refund Policy

NovuSafe will always ensure the satisfaction of our users if the software fails to solve your PC problem.  NovuSafe provides a 100% money back guarantee if, at any time during the first 30 days after purchasing the NovuSafe product, you are not satisfied with the product or are unwilling to continue conducting business with NovuSafe.

In order to obtain a refund, you should "undo" the repairs provided by the NovuSafe program. This can be done by going to the Add/Remove programs and choosing NovuSafe Repair. From there you can choose to:

  • Remove NovuSafe application
  • Revert changes

All options reside under the uninstall wizard, however, for a refund, only option B is necessary. Additionally, after you have run the "undo" function to return your machine to its original state, you must formally request a refund from NovuSafe via our support page, under the Billing and invoices section.

During the course of the refund request, you must maintain contact with NovuSafe and comply with NovuSafe’s requests regarding the removal of the NovuSafe product from your computer. This includes removing software and files from your machine and other steps that will remove the NovuSafe product from your machine and return your desktop, laptop or other NovuSafe supported machine to its former state - even in the event that the prior condition of the machine was an undesirable one.

The 30 day refund period begins from the immediate Date of Purchase, and the License Key expires one year from Date of Purchase.

In the event that you cannot perform the undo function for any reason, NovuSafe will address the issue on a case by case basis.

If a purchase was made on an unsupported machine and/or a repair has not taken place during any time period, NovuSafe will address the issue on a case by case basis, and may provide a refund after the 30 day refund period.
